		<description>I have to agree with you, Charles. I've been asked to sing the Anthem at a few events and, no matter how many times I do it, I always keep the words in hand ... just in case. I think this officer was looking for his lyrics sheet, couldn't find it, and decided to punt.

What an awful way to spend one's 15 minutes of fame. ;-)</description>
