CHICKEN SCALOPPINI by JOHNNY CARINO'S 

BUILD FOR THE LEMON BUTTER 
1 Lb. Margarine 
2 Lb. Butter 
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice 
1/2 Cup White Wine 
2 Tsp. Chopped Garlic 

Combine these 5 items into a mixing bowl and beat at a medium speed until a smooth consistency in the batter is formed. Once combined, keep refrigerated until needed. 

BUILD FOR THE CHICKEN SCALOPPINI 

1 Oz. Melted Butter 
3 Precooked Breaded Chicken Medallions 
1/4 Cup Roma Tomatoes 
1/2 Cup Sliced Mushrooms 
1/4 Cup Chopped Bacon 
1/2 Tsp. Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt 
5 Oz. Precooked Spaghetti 
4 Oz. Heavy Whipping Cream 
1/2 Cup Lemon Butter 

Into a warm saute pan, combine melted butter, chicken medallions, tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, and spice mixture. Saute until chicken begins to brown and tomatoes begin to dissolve. Add heavy cream and allow to boil to the middle of pan. Remove from fire, add lemon butter, and fold together to make sauce. Serve over spaghetti.</description>

Or, you could do as I would do and experiment with amounts. Either way, you will not know if you can creat a close match if you do not even try. I will say that the ingredient list looks incomplete to me.</description>
